In-Studio

Vinyasa Yoga

Vinyasa, which means flow, will improve your energy, while helping you build strength and flexibility. Utilizing Sun Salutations, strength building and connected postures, Vinyasa Yoga will build confidence and help you stay present and centered. This upbeat, creative yoga practice, seamlessly linking breath and movement, is designed for students with some level of experience and is taught in an all levels approach.

In-Studio Yin Yoga

As we get older, even as young as our thirties, we discover joint problems; bad backs, bad knees, bad ankles - these are the issues that cause us pain and give us trouble in our everyday lives. A Yin Yoga practice is slow, steady and often stationary, with a sense of core softness and surrender, and through this, the Yin Yoga postures gently stretch and rehabilitate the connective tissues that form our joints.

Most forms of yoga today are dynamic (Yang), active practices that work only the muscular half of our body. Yin Yoga allows us to work the other half, the deeper (Yin) tissues of our ligaments, joints, deep fascial networks and even our bones. Remember, all of our tissues need our attention in order for us to achieve overall wellness.

In-Studio Yoga Basics

In this class you will learn basic poses, breath control, relaxation and so much more. Among the countless benefits of yoga, you will discover a stronger sense of SELF, improved concentration, strength and balance, greater flexibility and mobility, and a greater sense of awareness. The perfect way to begin your yoga practice.
