FREE BREATHING CLASS

this is a picture of pranayama, or breathing exercises Pranayama or breathing techniques, are a practice of yoga all in of themselves. Those who practice pranayama find their postures in yoga class improve, as well as their concentration and ability to be more present in their lives.
We explore different techniques each week. 7:45 AM SATURDAY

GENTLE YOGA

This class offers the opportunity to slow down and feel your body, watch your mind and experience life at a deeper level. It is not fluff yoga though, you will be challenged at times. 9 AM TUESDAY | 6:45 PM TUESDAY

SVAROOPAŽ YOGA

Great for all levels! Journey into a state of bliss with this deep, less active style of yoga. SvaroopaŽ (sva-roo-pa) means the bliss of pure consciousness. Based on a sequence of profoundly simple poses, SvaroopaŽ unravels the deepest layers of tension in your spine. Supported poses are held longer drawing you fully inside, releasing your body and quieting your mind. This core release creates more comfort and movement in your whole body. Improve immunity, strength and flexibility, digestion, sleep and state of mind.

DEEPER SVAROOPA YOGA

this is a picture of a svaroopa yoga lungeDeeper classes are appropriate for those students with at least six months of steady Svaroopa Yoga practice, and a regular Svaroopa home practice. The classes are longer and incorporate intermediate-level variations and adjustments in poses, including classical poses. Deeper classes focus on finding a deeper experience of Self. This class is not appropriate for those with long-standing illness or recovering from injury. 7:00 PM WEDNESDAY

VINYASA YOGA

YOGA & MEDITATION

Explore your body and mind through the practice of Kripalu Yoga and meditation. This moderate-level class will give you the opportunity to stretch and release tension from both mind and body. A strong practice of asana and then deep relaxation is followed by meditation. Learn different techniques of meditation which will help you navigate through your busy life. 6:30 PM MONDAY

BELLYDANCE FOR BEGINNERS

Anyone can bellydance! Learn isolated movements of the body, veil work, basic finger cymbals and incorporate these moves into choreographed and freestyle dance. Please dress comfortably. $80 for 8 weeks. 4:00 PM FRIDAY

Please arrive 10 minutes before class to sign in and pay.

Late arrivals: Please wait until after the OM and unpack prior to entering class

No refunds or credit

If you have a health condition that needs special attention, please notify the instructor before the class

Dress in layers for your comfort. Wear easy-fitting clothing appropriate for movement

Yoga is best on an empty stomach. If you need, have a light snack (fruit) one hour before class.

Please leave cell phones and other electronic devices outside of class.

If you are new to yoga, it is suggested you try at least 3 classes to get an idea of the practice. All ages, shapes and levels of flexibility can benefit from yoga.

It is ALWAYS recommended to check with your physician before starting any exercise program.
